Refund policy

Returns
Products may be eligible for return, exchange or refund up to 30 days after your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Exchanges
We will replace any product that is defective or damaged. In the event you selected and received an incorrect product shade during your purchase process, please contact us at info@sydoniskin.com so that our experts may assist you in selecting the appropriate shade and process an exchange for you if applicable. We will reply to your email within 24 hours. 


Refunds
To Request a refund, please send an email to info@sydoniskin.com to request a return authorization with instructions on how/where to send your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and when you can expect your refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you receive it and in the original packaging. If you are eligible for refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
